Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from your account (Orders → Request a return) or by contacting us.

Eligible items

• Unused instruments and equipment in original packaging.
• Items delivered damaged or not as described — tell us within 48 hours with photos.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, opened sterile consumables (gloves, gowns, blades, dressings) and custom-made sets cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method: card payments to the card, and cash-on-delivery or bank-transfer orders by bank transfer. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
